Army MSG: NCOs do whatever it takes

We asked RallyPoint member MSG Jeff Morris the most important lesson he has learned in uniform.  All junior NCOs and aspiring junior enlisted personnel should take this to heart!

The most important lesson I learned is to be flexible for taking on any job asked of me, regardless of it being “my MOS”...“my job”...or “my lane.”

The hallmark of an Army NCO is that of a professional that accomplishes the mission by doing whatever it takes.
